These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rasuk, including our mobile applications, websites, livestreaming services, creator tools, marketplace features, and related services.

By using Rasuk, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use Rasuk.

By using Rasuk, you confirm that:

2. User Accounts

4. Livestreaming Rules

Livestream creators must:

• • Follow community standards
• • Avoid misleading users
• • Avoid fake giveaways or scams
• • Respect copyright laws
• • Avoid harmful or illegal behavior during livestreams

Rasuk may remove livestreams without notice if violations occur.

5. Marketplace & Seller Rules

Sellers are responsible for:

• • Accurate product listings
• • Fulfilling orders
• • Shipping products promptly
• • Complying with local laws
• • Handling disputes professionally

Rasuk may remove listings or suspend sellers at our discretion.

6. Virtual Items & Gifts

Rasuk may provide:

• • Coins
• • Gifts
• • Digital items
• • Creator monetization tools

These virtual items:

• • Have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated
• • Are non-transferable
• • May not be exchanged outside authorized systems

Fraudulent transactions may result in account restrictions or reversal of balances.

7. Creator Monetization

Creators may be eligible for monetization features. Rasuk reserves the right to:

• • Review payout activity
• • Delay payouts for investigations
• • Reverse fraudulent earnings
• • Remove monetization access

8. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they create.

By uploading content to Rasuk, you grant Rasuk a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

• • Display, Host, Distribute, Promote, Reproduce

your content for platform operations and promotion.

You must own or have rights to the content you upload.

9. Moderation & Enforcement

Rasuk may:

• • Remove content
• • Restrict features
• • Suspend accounts
• • Ban users
• • Freeze payouts
• • Report unlawful activity

when necessary to protect the platform or users.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Rasuk at any time if:

• • You violate these Terms
• • Your activities create legal or security risks
• • Fraud or abuse is detected

11. Disclaimer

Rasuk is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• • Continuous availability
• • Error-free operation
• • Uninterrupted services

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rasuk shall not be liable for:

• • Lost profits
• • Lost data
• • User-generated content
• • Transactions between users

13. Changes to Terms

Continued use of Rasuk after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
