Delete your Rasuk account and associated data
This page applies to the Rasuk mobile app on both iOS and Android. You can use it to request permanent deletion of your Rasuk account and associated data. We review deletion requests after confirming account ownership.
Request checklist

- Open your email app and create a new message to legal@rasuk.app.
- Use the subject line "Rasuk account deletion request".
- Include your Rasuk username and the email address linked to your account.
- State clearly that you want your Rasuk account and associated data permanently deleted.
Send the request from the email address already linked to your Rasuk account whenever possible. If you no longer have access to that address, email legal@rasuk.app with enough information for us to verify ownership before deletion.
How to request deletion
The same request path applies whether the Rasuk account was created from the iPhone app or the Android app.
Ownership verification
We may ask for limited follow-up information to confirm the deletion request is being made by the rightful account owner.
Processing time
Requests are reviewed and completed within a reasonable period after ownership verification and any required compliance checks.
Steps to request deletion

What will be deleted
- your Rasuk profile information and account settings
- posts, comments, stories, and direct messages associated with your account
- device registrations and account-linked identifiers stored for app use
What may be retained
- security and fraud-prevention records
- financial, tax, payout, or regulatory compliance records when legally required
- limited operational logs needed to enforce legal obligations and platform safety
If some data must be retained, Rasuk keeps it only for the minimum additional period required for those legitimate purposes and deletes or anonymizes it when that period ends.
