Child Safety
Standards.
Rasuk is a social, livestreaming, creator, and commerce platform with user-generated content. We are committed to protecting minors, preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), and complying with Apple App Store and Google Play child safety requirements.
This page is Rasuk's public Age Suitability URL and Child Safety Standards page for app review, users, parents, guardians, moderators, and law enforcement.
Rasuk is not directed to children. We do not knowingly allow children under the minimum permitted age to create accounts, and we remove accounts or content that violate these standards.
1. Age Suitability & Store Ratings
Rasuk is intended for older teens and adults because it includes user-generated social content, livestreaming, chat, creator interactions, marketplace features, and moderation-dependent community areas.
- • Apple App Store age suitability: Global rating of 17+ on earlier operating systems, with regional age-rating exceptions shown by Apple, including 15+ in Australia and Korea, 16+ in many countries or regions, and A16 in Brazil.
- • Google Play: Rasuk uses the appropriate content rating for a social networking app with user-generated content, livestreaming, messaging, commerce, and safety moderation.
- • Rasuk is not submitted as an Apple Kids Category app and is not designed for children.
- • Users must comply with the minimum age required by their country, region, platform rules, and local law.
2. Account Age Requirements
2.1 Minimum Account Age
Users must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required by local law, whichever is higher. If we learn that an underage user created an account, we disable or delete the account and remove associated personal data where legally permitted.
2.2 Restricted Features for Adults
Livestream hosting, monetization, payout wallets, seller tools, and certain commerce features may require users to be 18 or older, plus identity, tax, payment, or payout verification where applicable.
2.3 Minor Safety Enforcement
Rasuk may restrict visibility, messaging, livestream participation, commerce access, monetization, or account features when needed to protect minors or comply with laws and store policies.
3. Zero Tolerance for CSAE & CSAM
Rasuk strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, predatory behavior, sexualized content involving minors, or any attempt to contact minors for exploitative purposes.
- • Users may not create, upload, share, request, sell, livestream, promote, or link to CSAM or CSAE content.
- • Users may not sexualize minors, solicit minors, groom minors, or encourage minors to produce sexual, dangerous, exploitative, or self-harm content.
- • Users may not use Rasuk to move CSAE activity to another platform, encrypted channel, payment channel, or offline meeting.
- • Attempts to evade detection, recreate banned accounts, or retaliate against reporters are prohibited.
4. User-Generated Content Safety
To align with Apple App Store Guideline 1.2 and Google Play child safety expectations, Rasuk uses a combination of product controls, automated detection, and human review for user-generated content.
4.1 Filtering & Moderation
Rasuk may filter or remove objectionable content, including abuse, harassment, nudity, sexual content involving minors, threats, scams, hate, self-harm encouragement, illegal activity, and other policy violations before or after publication.
4.2 Livestream & Messaging Review
Livestreams, live chat, direct messages, reports, comments, profile content, uploads, and commerce listings may be reviewed using automated systems, user reports, moderator queues, and account-risk signals.
4.3 Age-Restricted Creator Content
Creator content that exceeds the app's age suitability or violates our safety rules may be removed, hidden, restricted by age, demonetized, or escalated for enforcement.
5. Reporting, Blocking & User Controls
Rasuk provides in-app mechanisms for reporting safety concerns, blocking abusive users, and reaching our safety team.
- • In-app reporting: Users can report profiles, posts, livestreams, comments, messages, stories, marketplace listings, or other content. Choose the closest category, including child safety, harassment, nudity, exploitation, violence, scam, or illegal activity.
- • Priority review: Reports involving minors, CSAE, CSAM, threats, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or imminent harm are escalated for urgent human review.
- • Blocking and muting: Users can block, mute, or restrict abusive users to stop unwanted profile access, messaging, comments, livestream interaction, and other future contact where technically available.
- • Safety contact: Reports can also be sent directly to hi@rasuk.app.
6. Review, Enforcement & Appeals
Rasuk responds to safety reports and policy violations through proportionate enforcement based on severity, risk, law, and platform requirements.
- • Enforcement may include warning, content removal, visibility reduction, feature restriction, live termination, wallet or commerce hold, account suspension, permanent ban, or device/network-level blocks.
- • Severe child safety violations are not eligible for normal reinstatement and may be reported to law enforcement.
- • Users may contact Rasuk if they believe moderation action was a mistake, except where disclosure would create safety, legal, or investigation risks.
7. Legal Cooperation & Mandatory Reporting
Rasuk complies with applicable child safety laws, data preservation obligations, emergency disclosure rules, and lawful requests from authorized agencies.
When we identify apparent CSAM, CSAE, grooming, trafficking, imminent harm, or other child safety emergencies, we may preserve account data, content, device, IP, transaction, livestream, and communication records and report them to NCMEC, local law enforcement, or relevant child protection authorities.
8. Child Safety Contact & Resources
If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services immediately. For Rasuk child safety concerns, email our safety point of contact.
