• • Livestreams, live audio, and live chat
• • Videos, photos, profile media, post media, story media, and product media
• • Comments, captions, posts, profile text, reports, reviews, and other user-generated content
• • Direct messages and other communications you send through Rasuk
• • Audio data used for live streaming or media you choose to upload
• • Search history, recent searches, and search interactions
• • Product interactions such as follows, likes, comments, views, gifts, live engagement, marketplace actions, and creator interactions
• • Customer support requests, messages, attachments, and related resolution records

This includes content you upload, publish, send, search for, interact with, or provide to customer support through the platform.

1.3 Purchases, Financial & Commerce Information

If you purchase products, coins, gifts, creator-related services, or participate in creator, seller, wallet, affiliate, or payout features, we may collect:

• • Purchase history for coins, gifts, marketplace orders, refunds, and other transactions
• • Payment transaction references, order status, receipt, invoice, and verification details
• • Wallet, balance, payout, commission, refund, and creator earnings information
• • Other financial information needed for payouts, fraud prevention, tax, compliance, or marketplace operations
• • Shipping contact details and physical addresses for marketplace orders
• • Refund, dispute, chargeback, and customer support records related to transactions

Payment card information is securely processed by Apple, app stores, or third-party payment providers. Rasuk does not store full card numbers.

1.4 Identifiers, Usage Data & Diagnostics

We may automatically collect identifiers, usage data, and diagnostics, including:

• • User ID, account ID, username, session, authentication, and security identifiers
• • Device ID, push notification token, app instance identifiers, and device identifiers
• • Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, language settings, and network connection information
• • Product interaction and other usage data, such as screens visited, feature use, engagement, live interactions, marketplace actions, and preferences
• • Crash data, performance data, error logs, diagnostic logs, live-stream diagnostics, and other diagnostic data
• • Analytics data used to understand app behavior, improve reliability, and measure feature performance

1.5 Permissions & Location

Depending on features you use, Rasuk may request access to:

• • Camera, for capturing or previewing photos, videos, live streams, and creator or seller media
• • Microphone, for live streaming, audio, video, and communication features
• • Photos/media storage, for selecting, previewing, validating, and uploading user-selected media
• • Precise location, when you choose to attach your current location to a post or use location-based commerce eligibility features
• • Notifications, for account, message, live, commerce, safety, and service notifications
• • Bluetooth/audio routing features, when needed for live or audio device behavior

Permissions are requested only when needed for the feature you choose to use. Location is optional and is not collected for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

1.6 App Privacy Data Type Summary

For app store privacy disclosures, Rasuk may collect the following data types, all of which may be linked to your identity because they are associated with your account, device, session, transactions, content, or support activity:

• • Contact Info: name, email address, phone number, and physical address
• • Financial Info: other financial information for wallet, payout, refund, commission, fraud prevention, tax, and commerce operations
• • Location: precise location when you choose current-location features
• • User Content: photos or videos, audio data, customer support content, and other user content
• • Search History
• • Identifiers: user ID and device ID
• • Purchases: purchase history
• • Usage Data: product interaction and other usage data
• • Diagnostics: crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic data

Rasuk does not use these data types for third-party advertising tracking and does not sell personal information to advertisers.
