AI Product Engineer

We're looking for exceptional product engineers who can independently solve complex engineering problems, build production-ready systems, and leverage frontier AI to deliver world-class software at exceptional speed.
This is not a junior AI-assisted coding role.
This role is for engineers who can own an entire product—from concept to production—and continuously improve it after launch.
🚀 What You'll Own
You'll own features end-to-end.
That means:
- Understanding business requirements
- Planning implementation strategies
- Designing scalable solutions
- Writing technical documentation
- Building production-ready systems
- Testing thoroughly
- Deploying safely
- Monitoring production
- Improving the product through user feedback
You'll work across mobile, backend, infrastructure, AI workflows, and product, using AI as your primary engineering partner.
You won't simply complete tickets.
You'll solve problems.
🤖 AI-Native Engineering
AI is not an optional productivity tool.
It is your primary development environment.
You should already be highly proficient with tools such as:
- Claude Code
- OpenAI Codex
- Antigravity

- Aider

- GitHub Copilot
- or equivalent AI coding agents
You should know how to:
- Orchestrate multiple AI models based on their strengths
- Build reusable prompts, workflows, and engineering automation

- Debug AI-generated implementations efficiently
- Learn unfamiliar technologies rapidly using AI
- Build faster without sacrificing quality

We're looking for engineers whose primary development workflow is AI.
📖 Context Engineering & Documentation
Great software starts before the first line of code.
We believe documentation is part of engineering—not an afterthought.
AI performs best when given excellent context.
You should be comfortable producing high-quality technical documentation that both humans and AI agents can understand.
This includes:
- Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)

- Sequence diagrams

Before writing code, you should naturally ask:
