This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled on Rasuk for digital purchases and marketplace transactions.
1. Digital Purchases
Digital purchases may include:

- • Gifts
- • Virtual items
- • Creator support purchases
Unless required by law, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once successfully delivered or used.
2. Fraud & Unauthorized Transactions
Rasuk reserves the right to:
- • Investigate suspicious activity
- • Reverse fraudulent transactions
- • Restrict accounts involved in abuse
- • Freeze balances during investigations
Users must report unauthorized transactions promptly.
3. Creator Support & Gifts
Virtual gifts sent to creators are considered completed transactions after successful delivery.
Refund requests for accidental gifting are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Repeated abuse of refund systems may result in account restrictions.
4. Physical Products
Refunds or replacements may be available if:
- • Wrong items are delivered
- • Items arrive damaged
- • Items are significantly different from descriptions
- • Orders are not received
5. Refund Request Requirements
To request a refund, users may need to provide:
- • Order information
- • Photos or videos
- • Proof of damage
- • Delivery evidence
- • Communication history with sellers
6. Refund Timeframe
Refund requests should generally be submitted within:
- • 48 hours for damaged or incorrect items
- • 7 days for non-delivery disputes
Late requests may not be accepted.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be denied if:

8. Chargebacks
Users should contact Rasuk support before initiating chargebacks.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

- • Loss of platform access
- • Permanent restrictions
9. Seller Disputes
Rasuk may assist with dispute resolution but is not the direct seller of products unless explicitly stated.
Sellers remain responsible for fulfilling orders and handling valid customer issues.
